Not everyone can afford a designer bag or pair of shoes, so they have to settle for the cheaper, middle class versions of high fashion. A cheap but cute brand is Rue 21. Their clothes are cute, but (quite honestly) made really cheaply. BUT: I recieved a pair of boots for christmas there last year and they are stil in really great condition.
